Job Description:

We are hiring Collection Executives for loan collection and recovery operations. Candidates will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue loan payments, following up on outstanding dues, and assisting customers with repayment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan payments.

• Follow up with customers for overdue payments and repayment commitments.

• Explain payment options and resolve basic customer queries professionally.

• Conduct field visits for loan collection, wherever required.

• Maintain daily calling records and collection reports.

• Achieve assigned collection targets while following company policies.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge preferred.

• Updated resume is compulsory.

• Candidates must be willing to work in calling, field collection, or both, as per the role.
