Collection Executive

We are looking for a COLLECTION TELECALLER EXECUTIVE to join our team AV COLLECTION AND MARKETING PVT LTD. This role involves handling calls, record outstanding payments, and build relationship with customers and solve concerns related to credit card and loans. The role offers In Hand Salary and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and record outstanding payments from customers

• build relationship with customers to resolve customers issues

• develop and implement collection strategies

• meet collection target and reduce debt

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12TH PASSOUT and min experience 6 TO 4 YEARS. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 DAYS week during the day shift.
