We are hiring passionate and dedicated candidates for our EMI Collection Process. This role involves handling EMI recovery calls in multiple languages and providing excellent customer service.

Make outbound calls to customers for EMI payment reminders.

Resolve customer queries related to EMI payments in a polite and professional manner.

Update payment status and maintain accurate records.

Follow-up with customers to ensure timely payments.

Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines.

✅ Requirements:

Education: 12th Pass / Any Degree

Languages Preferred: Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi (Any one or multiple)

Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome

Skills: Good communication and negotiation skills
