Job Description

A Cluster Sales Officer manages and drives sales performance across multiple, geographically close locations (a cluster) to achieve revenue targets. They develop sales strategies, lead branch teams, analyze market trends, and ensure operational compliance. This role requires strong leadership to motivate staff and boost productivity across all locations.

cations & Skills: Experience: 3-5
ars in sales, preferably in retail, banking, FMCG, or hospitality. Education: Bachel
s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Leadership: Strong
munication, motivational, and team management abilities. Analytical Skills: Ab
ty to analyze market data, trends, and sales reports. Technical Knowledge: Pr
