About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our Sales & Client Support team. If you have excellent English communication skills and enjoy interacting with international clients, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:-

Handle sales and client support for US-based customers.
Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and chats.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Work closely with the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Requirements:-

Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (Mandatory)

Comfortable working in permanent night shifts (US Shift)
Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
