We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Client Retention & Renewal Executive (Telesales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on retaining and renewing existing clients by building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and providing effective solutions. This role requires excellent communication, sales expertise, and conflict-resolution skills to ensure maximum client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with existing clients to ensure timely renewals and maximize retention.
Build strong relationships and provide regular follow-ups with clients to maintain trust and loyalty.
Identify customer concerns and resolve complaints in a calm and constructive manner.
Present value propositions, renewal benefits, and future growth opportunities effectively.
Achieve monthly client retention and renewal targets.
Maintain accurate records of client communications and renewal status using online platforms.
Collaborate with the sales and support teams to deliver seamless client service.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales (hardcore sales/renewals/retention).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections, resolve conflicts, and maintain professionalism.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and other online platforms.
Goal-oriented and self-driven with a customer-first attitude.
