Job Title: Client Relationship Executive
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage client relationships, handle customer concerns, and ensure a smooth post-sales experience. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining client data, resolving disputes, supporting payment recovery, and delivering excellent after-sales service to enhance client satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients while understanding their requirements and ensuring a positive client experience.
Maintain accurate and updated client information in the CRM system to ensure proper documentation and smooth coordination across departments.
Address client disputes in a professional and timely manner while working with internal teams to resolve service or financial concerns.
Follow up on overdue accounts and coordinate with clients to ensure timely payment recovery.
Handle dissatisfied or challenging clients with empathy and professionalism to resolve issues and maintain the company’s reputation.
Provide effective after-sales support by addressing client queries, concerns, and feedback while encouraging client retention and referrals.
Analyse client data and maintain reports on client communication, complaints, and resolutions to support better decision-making and client servicing.
