Customer Support Client Relationship Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Skin Clinic Operations Manager to manage day-to-day clinic operations, lead counselling activities, and drive lead conversions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, customer-handling, and team-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the skin clinic.

Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.

Counsel potential clients regarding skin treatments, procedures, packages, and services.

Convert leads into appointments and paid treatments.

Follow up with interested and existing clients to improve conversion and retention.

Achieve monthly lead conversion and revenue targets.

Manage appointment scheduling and ensure smooth patient flow.

Coordinate between doctors, therapists, counsellors, reception, and support staff.

Monitor staff performance and ensure operational efficiency.

Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, conversions, and sales.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.

Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain clinic standards.

Support promotional campaigns and local marketing activities to generate leads.

Required Skills

2+ years of experience in clinic operations, preferably in a skin, dermatology, cosmetology, aesthetic, or wellness clinic.

Strong counselling and sales conversion skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.

Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.

Experience in handling sales targets and lead pipelines.

Good team coordination and leadership skills.

Basic knowledge of CRM systems, Excel, and reporting.

Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.
