Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with our clients while ensuring high service satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities (Brief)

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Act as the main point of contact for client communication
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
Ensure timely resolution of client queries and issues
Maintain client records and prepare regular reports
Support business growth through client retention and upselling
