Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify client needs and suggest suitable products or services.
Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
Prepare reports on client interactions and feedback.
Support sales and business development activities to achieve company goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in client servicing, customer relationship management, or sales support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and work in a fast-paced environment.
