Job Description

We are looking for a professional and organized Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage our clients’ journey after booking and ensure a smooth experience from shoot planning to final delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients after booking
• Understand themes, gowns, outfits, and shoot requirements
• Communicate shoot details with photographers and editors
• Manage client follow-ups and updates
• Track editing, albums, frames, and final deliveries
• Maintain client records and workflow sheets
• Ensure an exceptional client experience

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)
• Professional attitude and customer-friendly approach
• Knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations
• Organized and responsible
• Female candidates preferred
