Job Description: Client Relationship Executive
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Client Relationship Executive to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining excellent relationships with our IT clients and managing the interaction with prospective trainees. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a background in customer-facing roles.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for our IT clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Trainee Management: Coordinate and manage the interaction with prospective trainees, guiding them through the initial stages of their journey with us.
Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including clients, trainees, and internal teams, to ensure smooth operations.
Relationship Building: Foster positive and lasting relationships with clients and trainees to enhance satisfaction and promote loyalty.
Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns to ensure a positive experience for both clients and trainees.
Qualifications
Experience: 1 year of experience in a client-facing or customer service role.
Preferred Background: Candidates from the BPO, Hotel Management, Mass Communication, Hospitality Management, or Frankfinn schools are highly preferred.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Basic knowledge of IT services is a plus.
