About the Role

We are urgently hiring enthusiastic and dedicated female candidates for the position of Client Relationship Associate (CRA) for an NGO calling process. The role involves interacting with clients, providing information, and building positive relationships while supporting social initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to donors/clients regarding NGO programs and initiatives.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.

• Provide accurate information and resolve client queries professionally.

• Maintain call records and update the database regularly.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and performance targets.

• Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure quality and compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduation Completed.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Salary & Benefits
