Job Description:
We are hiring Chat Process Executives for the Swiggy Instamart process in Bhopal. You will chat with customers, resolve their order-related issues quickly and politely, and maintain service quality. Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and complaints over chat

• Resolve order, delivery and refund related issues accurately

• Maintain a professional tone and quick response time

• Follow process guidelines and keep records of interactions

Eligibility:

• 12th Pass / Graduate & Above

• Freshers and experienced both can apply

• Good written and spoken communication skills

• Good typing speed

• Age: 18 to 30 years

• Willing to work 6 days a week and on festival days

Salary & Benefits:

• Fresher: ₹13,000 in-hand + ₹1,000 incentive

• Experienced: ₹14,000 in-hand + ₹1,000 incentive

• Payout for first 30 days (training): ₹10,000

• Night allowance: ₹1,000 per month (for night shift)

• Salary increment after 6 months and 1 year

Work Details:

• Work mode: Work from office

• Shift: Rotational shifts (day / night as per process requirement)

• Working days: 6 days a week with rotational week off

• No cab facility available. Candidates with own vehicle preferred
