Position:

Customer Support Executive – Chat and Call Process (Outbound, Domestic)

Eligibility:-

✅ Qualification: 12th Pass (HSC) or Graduate

✅ Experience : Freshers are welcome; prior customer support experience is a plus

✅ Communication : Good English communication skills

Salary:

💰 ₹15,000 (in-hand) for HSC freshers

💰 ₹16,000 (in-hand) for graduates

Job Type:

🕘 Full-time, 6 Days 9-hour rotational shifts

Shift Timings:

👨‍💻 Male Candidates: 7:00 am to 12:00 am

👩‍💻 Female Candidates: 6:00 am to 7:00 pm

Responsibilities :

🔹 Make outbound domestic calls and handle customer queries via chat.

🔹 Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.

🔹 Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.

🔹 Maintain a professional and courteous approach in all interactions.

🔹 Update customer records and maintain detailed logs of interactions.
