Chat Executive

Responsibilities :

🔹 Make outbound domestic calls and handle customer queries via chat.

🔹 Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.

🔹 Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.

🔹 Maintain a professional and courteous approach in all interactions.

🔹 Update customer records and maintain detailed logs of interactions.

Salary:

💰 ₹15,000 (in-hand) for HSC freshers

💰 ₹16,000 (in-hand) for graduates

job Type:

🕘 Full-time, 6 Days 9-hour rotational shifts

Eligibility:-

✅ Qualification: 12th Pass (HSC) or Graduate.

✅ Experience : Freshers are welcome; prior customer support experience is a plus.

✅ Communication : Good English communication skills.
