Masti Ki PaathShaala is a unique learning initiative that blends education with fun, creativity, and experiential learning. We provide an inclusive, safe, and engaging environment for children, especially from under-resourced communities, to explore, learn, and grow holistically. Our centers are vibrant spaces where curiosity is nurtured, imagination is celebrated, and every child is empowered to reach their full potential.
The Center Coordinator is the face of Masti Ki PaathShaala at the ground level and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the center. This includes coordinating educational activities, engaging with children and parents, supervising facilitators/volunteers, and ensuring that the center remains a joyful and impactful space for learning.
Oversee the smooth daily functioning of the learning center.
Plan and execute daily/weekly activity schedules in line with the organization’s learning goals.
Maintain records of student attendance, activities, and assessments.
Ensure that the space is safe, clean, and welcoming for children.
Lead conversions.
Attend and Make followup calls to parents.
Manage and support volunteers, facilitators, teachers at the center.
Conduct regular meetings to plan and review progress.
Build strong relationships with parents and the local community.
Conduct regular parent meetings to share children’s progress and gather feedback.
Mobilize community participation in events, workshops, and awareness programs.
Track learning outcomes and behavioral progress of children.
Document success stories, challenges, and innovations.
Submit timely reports to the Program Manager.
Graduate in any discipline (Education, Social Work, or related fields preferred).
1–3 years of experience working with children or in a coordination/leadership role in the education or non-profit sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for working with children and a belief in experiential, child-centered learning.
Knowledge of child psychology or inclusive education practices.
Proficiency in local language and English.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Drive).
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 6 days/week (Compulsory Working days on Weekends)
