Customer Support Career Counsellor

About the Role: We are looking for a passionate Career Counsellor to guide students and fresh graduates in choosing the right internship and training programs at Intouch Quality Services Private Limited. The ideal candidate will understand students' career aspirations, explain our programs, answer their questions, and help them throughout the enrollment and onboarding process.

About the Company: Intouch Quality Services Private Limited is an IT company specializing in software development, web and mobile applications, digital marketing, and industry-focused internship programs. We help students and fresh graduates gain practical experience through live projects, mentorship, and career-oriented training.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and job seekers regarding internship and training programs.

• Understand candidates' educational background, career goals, and skill development needs.

• Explain program structure, curriculum, duration, fees, certifications, internship benefits, and career opportunities.

• Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.

• Follow up with prospective candidates and nurture leads to maximize admissions.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, admissions, and candidate interactions in CRM or Excel.

• Coordinate with the HR, Training, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding experience.

• Achieve monthly counseling, admission, and revenue targets.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents by providing timely guidance and support.

• Resolve candidate queries professionally and ensure an excellent counseling experience.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in counseling, admissions, telecalling, inside sales, EdTech, or customer support.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong interpersonal, counseling, and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.

• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to achieve goals.

• Prior experience in IT training institutes, EdTech, staffing, or internship programs is an added advantage.
  

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives
