Job Title: Call Quality Analyst

Location: Noida Sec 63, A Block

Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)

Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Requirements:

Graduation mandatory
Kannada language mandatory (verbal understanding required)
Minimum 6 months experience as QA / Call Auditing
Basic computer knowledge required
Experience in call monitoring & quality checks preferred
