Call Centre BPO Executive

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Call Center Executives to join our growing BPO team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues on time.

• Maintain detailed call records and update CRM systems.

• Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.

• Meet daily/weekly call targets and quality standards.

• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English / Hindi / Regional language).

• Good listening, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Prior experience in BPO/freshers are welcome.
