Job Description – BPO (Domestic)

  • Handle voice and non-voice processes (based on interview).

  • Communicate effectively with customers in English.

  • Provide support, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Work in rotational shifts (Day/Night) as per business requirements.

  • Maintain accuracy and professionalism in calls/chats/emails.

  • Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (In Hand).

  • Eligibility: 12th Pass / Graduate, Fresher & Experienced can apply.

  • Location: Mohali | Age: 18+.
