Roles & Responsibilities
🔹 Voice Process:
Handle inbound/outbound calls from customers professionally
Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively
Provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain a positive, helpful, and customer-friendly attitude
🔹 Non-Voice Process:
Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or tickets
Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer issues
Update customer records and maintain data accuracy
Follow company guidelines and quality standards

Basic communication skills in English (regional language is a plus)
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required)
