Call Centre Agent

We are looking for a confident and polite Calling Executive who can talk to customers, share information about our products/services, and maintain good communication with them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers or leads provided by the company.

• Explain products/services in a clear and friendly manner.

• Answer customer questions and provide correct information.

• Maintain daily call records and follow up with interested customers.

• Work with the sales/marketing team to achieve targets.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Friendly and positive attitude while talking to customers.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM entry).

• Punctual, confident, and goal-oriented.

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred).

• Fresher or experienced both can apply.
