We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, with fluency in Punjabi (mandatory), along with Hindi and English, to effectively handle customer interactions and ensure a high level of service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to respondents for survey purposes.
Ask questions as per the given questionnaire/script and record responses accurately.
Ensure clarity, neutrality, and professionalism while conducting surveys.
Maintain daily call targets and data quality standards.
Handle respondent queries politely without influencing responses.
Update and manage data in systems/CRM tools.
Coordinate with supervisors for feedback and improvements.
