About the Role:
Coverfox is seeking an experienced professional from the insurance industry to join our team as a Trainer / Quality Assurance Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance operations, a passion for knowledge sharing, and expertise in ensuring quality standards across processes.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on insurance products, processes, and compliance.
-Monitor and assess the quality of calls, processes, and customer interactions to ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
-Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance.
-Collaborate with management to identify training needs and implement quality improvement initiatives.
-Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
-Proven work experience in the insurance sector (minimum 2years).
-Prior experience in training, quality assurance, or process auditing.
-Strong knowledge of insurance products, industry guidelines, and compliance requirements.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to identify skill gaps and design effective training interventions.
-Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
