Customer Support Call Centre Agent

Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Call Center Agent to join our Solar team. The incumbent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, generating leads, scheduling service requests, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding solar products and services.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Schedule site visits, installations, and service appointments.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned team. • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of queries.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Operations teams for issue resolution.
• Achieve individual productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure adherence to organizational processes and customer service standards. Required Skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
• Good interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Experience in using Leadsquare Educational Qualification
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Candidates with relevant Call Center/BPO experience will be preferred.
Experience
• 0–3 years of experience in Customer Support, BPO, Call Center, Telecalling, or Customer Service.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply. Language Proficiency
• Multilingual; proficiency in English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian language (Kannada, Malayalam, or Tamil) is preferred. Preferred Competencies
