We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Call Center Executive to join our team on an urgent basis. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls related to order placement, payment processing, and at times, making outbound follow-up calls. The role also involves preparing daily call reports and ensuring excellent service standards.
Handle inbound customer calls for order taking and payment-related queries.
Make outbound calls for follow-ups when required.
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers at all times.
Log all interactions accurately and maintain proper records.
Prepare and submit daily call reports to the reporting manager.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve queries efficiently.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer support role preferred.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (spoken and written).
Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
