Job Description

Sl. No. Skill Requirement

1 Strong communication skills – English & Hindi mandatory, plus one local language (Telugu)

2 Minimum 2 years of experience

3 Graduate in any discipline or Diploma holder

4 Positive attitude and quick learner

5 Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

6 Allocate calls to ASPs/Payroll engineers via CRM

7 Follow up with ASPs for timely updates and ensure faster closures

8 Willingness to work on rosters, including Sundays/holidays

9 Ability to handle irate customers calmly and professionally

10 Prior experience with CRM software preferred

11 Ability to respond to customer emails, chats, and WhatsApp messages
