We are looking for a Call Center Executive to speak with parents and students about NEET/MBBS admissions, explain our services, and sell our services to them.
Make outbound calls to parents/students from our database to explain NEET/MBBS guidance and services.
Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp and basic queries about courses, fees, counseling process and college options.
Clearly explain our service offerings, answer doubts, and fix appointments or follow-up calls with senior counsellors.
Update every call outcome in the CRM/Excel sheet accurately (interested/not interested/follow-up required).
Do regular follow-ups on warm leads until they attend counselling or enroll for our services.
Maintain polite, professional communication and follow company scripts and guidelines during every interaction.
Work towards daily/weekly targets for calls, follow-ups, appointments and conversions.
Any graduate, freshers and up to 2 years telecalling/BPO experience welcome.
Good communication skills in Telugu + Hindi/English and ability to speak clearly on phone.
Comfortable making many calls per day and handling questions/objections from parents politely.
Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp Web, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM entry).
Positive attitude, patience, and interest in education/admissions field.
