Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, patience, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.

• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.

• Maintain customer records and update databases.

• Meet daily/weekly call handling targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).

Ability to multitask and handle stress.

Prior experience in customer service preferred.
