Call Center Executive

Position Summary:
The Call Center Executive will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, booking orders, providing service information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience for our dry cleaning and laundry services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Provide information on dry cleaning, laundry, and value-added services.

• Assist customers with booking pick-up and delivery slots.

• Address complaints, service issues, or special garment care requests.

• Maintain accurate records of orders, customer feedback, and service requests.

• Coordinate with store, delivery team, and operations for timely service.

• Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and membership plans.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through polite and efficient communication.
