Job Summary:
We are looking for candidates with excilent English Communication Skill enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our domestic call center team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound / outbound calls to assist customers with their queries, complaints, and service requests related to our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or collect feedback.
Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Meet call quality and performance metrics as set by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Minimum education: 12th pass or Graduation
Good communication skills in English, Hindi
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
