Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Resolve customer queries related to orders, services, or complaints.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and offers.
Record and update customer details in the system.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, delivery, etc.) for quick resolutions.
Maintain daily call logs and reports.
Minimum [12th Pass/Graduate] or equivalent.
Prior experience in customer support/call center will be an added advantage.
