Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to farmers, dealers, and distributors to promote company products.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about products and offers.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in the database.
• Follow up on pending inquiries and convert prospects into customers.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign updates.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
