Tech Force Services is a growing Solar EPC company based in Nagpur, working in residential, commercial, industrial, housing society, institutional, and government rooftop solar projects. We provide complete solutions including solar installation, PM Surya Ghar subsidy support, net metering, solar loan assistance, AMC, and after-sales service.


Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Branch Manager for Nagpur who can manage the overall branch operations, sales team, project coordination, customer handling, and daily reporting.

The candidate should work with complete ownership and leadership mindset. He should not work only as an employee, but as a responsible branch head who can manage people, targets, customers, and office discipline.


Key Responsibilities

Branch Management

  • Manage daily branch operations of Tech Force Services, Nagpur.

  • Coordinate with sales, project, documentation, accounts, warehouse, and service teams.

  • Ensure proper discipline, reporting, follow-up, and work completion.

  • Take ownership of branch performance and customer satisfaction.

Sales & Business Development

  • Handle residential, commercial, industrial, and society solar enquiries.

  • Guide the sales team for lead generation, customer meetings, follow-ups, and closing.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Build relationships with builders, consultants, architects, industries, housing societies, and local business networks.

  • Review sales pipeline and pending follow-ups regularly.

Team Handling

  • Manage sales executives, telecallers, project coordinators, and support staff.

  • Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.

  • Train team members on solar products, subsidy, net metering, customer handling, and company process.

  • Maintain accountability and discipline within the team.

Project & Office Coordination

  • Coordinate with the project team for site survey, material planning, installation schedule, and commissioning.

  • Track ongoing projects and ensure timely completion.

  • Follow up with documentation team for subsidy, net metering, loan, and portal work.

  • Support accounts team in payment follow-up and collection.

Customer Handling

  • Attend important customer meetings and resolve customer issues.

  • Ensure professional communication from enquiry to project completion.

  • Maintain strong after-sales relationship with customers.

  • Protect and improve the company’s reputation in the market.

Reporting

  • Submit daily and weekly branch performance reports to management.

  • Maintain proper data of leads, quotations, orders, payments, projects, and pending work.

  • Review team performance and share improvement plans.

  • Keep management updated about market feedback, competition, and business opportunities.


Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Good communication and customer handling ability.

  • Sales and business development experience.

  • Ability to take ownership and make responsible decisions.

  • Basic knowledge of solar rooftop systems preferred.

  • Good understanding of Nagpur and nearby market.

  • Strong follow-up, reporting, and coordination skills.

  • Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email, and CRM preferred.


Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 5 to 10 years preferred in sales, branch management, solar, electrical, construction, real estate, finance, or related industry.

  • Education: Graduate / MBA / Diploma / Engineering preferred.

  • Location: Nagpur-based candidate preferred.

  • Personality: Responsible, disciplined, target-oriented, honest, professional, and able to handle pressure.


Key Expectation

The Branch Manager should work as the main responsible person for the Nagpur branch. He should take ownership of sales, team performance, customer satisfaction, project coordination, and branch growth.

He must be capable of managing the branch independently and reporting clearly to management.


Salary & Incentives

Salary will be based on experience, capability, and interview performance. Performance-based incentives may be provided on sales achievement, collection, and branch growth.
