Job Description

Lead effort to build a BI team from ground up

Establish a data driven culture among different departments

Lead on hiring effort in establishing data business partners

Mapping out data architecture, infrastructure and tools selection

Help drive a Master Data Management strategy

Identify solution partners to help accelerate the BI effort

Manages team of analyst in their daily work by prioritizing work and projects, managing workloads and ensuring delivery of work products based on priorities, capability and capacity

Assesses and anticipates resource needs including skills and education requirements (when leading project teams and/or managing direct reports)

Responsible for meeting all Performance Management practices for a team

Adheres to company’s management practices and processes
