Business Development Manager

Business Development and Facility Head and overall, in charge for all team members and

their performance and increasing sales and revenue growth

• Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets through

industrial healthcare services.

• Government Compliance: Ensure all business activities align with Maharashtra’s medical test

regulations and healthcare policies.

• Market Expansion: Identify and engage industrial clients requiring mandatory medical testing

for employees.

• Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with government agencies, corporate clients, and

healthcare providers.

• Operational Oversight: Coordinate with medical teams to streamline testing processes and

service delivery.

• Financial Planning: Oversee budgeting, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasting.

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the business development team to optimize

performance.

• Coordinate and lead the trainings for first aid and other Health- Safety: ergonomics, stress

reduction, and workplace safety & Well-Being - mental, cognitive, and physical well-being

training in manufacturing.
