Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities – Business Development Coordinator (BDC)

  • Coordinate between clients, sales, and internal teams for smooth operations.

  • Handle client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management.

  • Prepare and update sales reports, MIS, and Excel trackers.

  • Manage payment follow-ups and coordinate with the accounts team.

  • Maintain proper documentation and order records.

  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets and resolving client queries.

  • Ensure timely updates and reports to management.

Key Skills:

  • Good English communication (verbal & written).

  • Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.

  • Strong coordination and multitasking skills.

  • Detail-oriented and organized.
