Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of the franchise network. this position requires an individual who is proactive, strategic, and capable of executing various marketing and business development activities to enhance franchise operations and increase brand awareness. the BDM will be responsible for recruiting new franchises sometimes, driving local marketing initiatives, supporting existing franchisees, and fostering strong relationships to ensure mutual success.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience in business development, franchise management, or marketing.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.

• Knowledge of the generic medicine sector is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Ability to build strong relationships with franchisees.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.
