Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Branch Development Manager to drive business growth, develop new client relationships, manage branch activities, and achieve assigned business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to increase branch business and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and other stakeholders.
Manage and guide the branch team to achieve individual and branch targets.
Monitor daily business activities, lead generation, conversions, and performance.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
Coordinate with the sales, marketing, operations, and management teams.
Identify local market opportunities and develop effective business plans.
Prepare and submit regular branch performance and business development reports.
Ensure excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.
Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Ensure that branch activities are carried out according to company policies and procedures.
Motivate team members and support their professional development.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any relevant field.
2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, branch management, or a related role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good leadership and team-management abilities.
Strong client relationship and networking skills.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.
Ability to analyze business performance and market opportunities.
Willingness to travel locally when required.
