We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to support and expand our import–export business. The role involves identifying new international clients, building strong business relationships, and driving revenue growth through global trade opportunities.
Identify and develop new international buyers and suppliers
Generate leads through trade portals, emails, calls, and LinkedIn
Conduct market research to explore new export/import opportunities
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and commercial proposals
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and documentation teams
Handle client negotiations, follow-ups, and closures
Maintain relationships with existing international clients
Track and report sales activities and pipeline status
Ensure adherence to international trade compliance standards
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or International Trade
1–4 years of experience in Import–Export / International B2B Sales
Working knowledge of INCOTERMS, export documentation, HS codes
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with trade portals and CRM tools
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Exposure to international markets (US, Europe, Middle East, Asia)
Knowledge of payment terms, LC, and logistics coordination
Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹8 LPA (Negotiable, based on experience and skills)
Incentives: Performance-based commissions
