Role Objective
To identify and acquire new corporate clients for our placement consultancy, focusing on building long-term partnerships and expanding our recruitment service portfolio across IT and specialized industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively identify new business opportunities through databases and cold calling.
Client Acquisition: Pitch Vrushank Tech Solutions' recruitment expertise to potential clients and secure new Client Service Agreements (CSAs).
Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly targets for new client onboarding and job vacancy acquisitions.
Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for new clients until the account is transitioned to the recruitment team.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry hiring trends to effectively position our services against competitors.
Required Skills
Sales Acumen: Strong ability to pitch services, handle objections, and close deals.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English + Tamil; knowledge of Telugu, Hindi is a significant advantage.
Self-Disciplined: Proven ability to maintain high productivity and reach daily call/outreach targets in a 100% remote environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition (Consultancy background preferred).
Environment: Must have a dedicated home office setup (Laptop/High-speed Internet).
Availability: Ready to work full-time hours on a permanent remote basis
