Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally
Provide accurate information related to tour and travel services
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a solution-oriented approach
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer feedback

Job Requirements

Ability to handle customer complaints and escalate issues when required
