Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B Facilities Management sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers
Handle telephonic communication professionally to schedule client meetings and follow-ups
Coordinate and arrange client meetings, presentations, and site visits
Understand client requirements and propose suitable facility management solutions
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and references
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
