We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a Civil Engineering background to support our business growth in the infrastructure and construction domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Assist in preparing bidding documents, quotations, and project proposals.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and business development goals.

Requirements:

·        B. Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).

·        1 to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management in the civil or construction industry.

·        Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

·        Good understanding of construction processes, project management, and tendering.

·        Proficient in MS Office.

·        Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
