We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, passionate about sales, and capable of building strong client relationships.
🔑 Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-volume customers to drive organic growth
• Communicate company products/services via calls and emails
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable IT solutions
• Maintain and update CRM with daily activities
• Achieve weekly & monthly targets
• Identify opportunities for improvement and act proactively
• Ensure regular reporting and smooth communication
• Stay updated with company offerings and industry best practices
• Handle daily input metrics and revenue responsibility
• Conduct market research and analyze customer requirements
• Deliver impactful presentations to clients

• Proficiency in English communication
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with CRM software (preferred)
