• Telecalling potential and existing clients to introduce products, gather requirements, and provide updates.

• Prepare quotations based on client requirements, product specifications, and pricing policies.

• Follow up on quotations sent to clients to address queries, confirm interest, and push for closures.

• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure the accuracy of product details and pricing.

• Assist in order conversion, from inquiry to final order placement and confirmation.

• Maintain and update CRM or internal systems with lead status, follow-ups, and order details.

• Generate basic reports related to inquiries, quotation status, and order conversion rates.

• Support the marketing team in campaign follow-ups, database management, and lead nurturing activities.
