Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities through various channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, etc.).
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with the internal team to understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall revenue growth.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role (IT/Software industry experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online networking platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.).
