Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 (Depends on Interview Performance)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Official Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-orientated business development associate who can handle business development, B2B coordination, marketing activities, admissions support, and university coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building ability, and good knowledge of advanced Excel for reporting and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through B2B calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with universities/colleges for admissions-related processes and partnerships.
Support the admissions team in handling student queries and admission coordination.
Work on business development activities to increase tie-ups and collaborations.
Assist in marketing activities such as lead generation, campaign support, promotions, and outreach.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of business and marketing plans.
Prepare MIS reports, trackers, and performance reports using Advanced MS Excel.
Support managers in planning, execution, and daily business operations.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, university partners, and stakeholders.
Identify issues and provide quick solutions to ensure smooth workflow and closures.
Educational Qualification & Experience
Graduation is mandatory (any stream).
MBA / PGDM preferred.
Candidates with a background in business, marketing, management, or commerce will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal) preferred.
Minimum 1+ year experience in Business Development / Sales / Marketing / Coordination role.
Experience in B2B deals, client handling, calls & meetings will be preferred.
Experience in university coordination / admissions process will be an added advantage.
