We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive/Manager to drive sales and build strong client relationships for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, client handling, and business growth in the real estate sector.
Identify and develop new business opportunities for residential and commercial projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
Present property options to clients and conduct site visits.
Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand customer base.
Prepare and deliver sales reports to management.
Collaborate with marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record in sales & business development (preferably in real estate).
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Good understanding of local real estate market & customer behavior.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
